Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your on-line order or in-person order within 3 days or prior to shipping/ delivery (whichever comes first) without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date you ordered the goods or prior to a third-party courier or delivery service takes possession of the product to be delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 10 days

  • The goods are in the original condition, without damage and e-bikes must have less than 10 miles of ride time (in addition to any time/ miles recorded on the display at time of purchase)

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Any goods that have incurred damage due to the misuse or abuse by the purchaser.

  • E-bikes that have more than 10 miles incurred by purchaser (Minus any demo miles according to the display at time of purchase)

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please e-mail support@socalerides.com to initiate return of goods. Goods will not be accepted without prior information regarding their return. Please provide the following:

  1. Reason for return

  2. Purchase date

  3. Name of Purchaser

  4. Model name, color and Serial Number (if an e-bike)

  5. Current miles on display

Return address will be provided upon return approval. All keys, chargers, batteries, accessories and other that was sold as part of your purchase must be included. This includes any gifts with purchase, manuals and other items. Items not returned will be deducted from the refund amount.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund of Purchase or Other:

Should all conditions of return be met, we will reimburse your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee, to you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement, with exception of any fees paid to any financial institution involved in the transaction
